Refund and Sales Policy

GENERAL NOTES

  • The Refund and Sales policy covers all goods sold on www.kawnashop.com
  • This sales policy covers Kawna Shop by Baby Cres Accessories Limited based in Jamaica.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

  • Perishable foods such as meat, fish, fruits and vegetables are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • If product and services do not meet the quality of service guaranteed by kawnashop.com, Customers are entitled to a 100% refund within 5 days after the delivery of their order. This excludes delivery costs.
  • Products damaged by customer are non refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Products damaged on route to customer are refundable, returnable and exchangeable. Customer has the option of swapping out for a new product or requesting a refund.
  • Products cannot be refunded 5 days after delivery.
  • Products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Order must arrive at the customer's delivery address for the refund, return or exchange policy to come into effect.
  • Products that are lost because of incorrect shipping addresses or information will not be covered under a refund.
  • Kawna Shop delivers worldwide with the exception of the European Union.
  • We use Fedex, Canada Post, UPS, USPS and DHL for returns. Expect return cost to be similar to your original cost of shipping. Prices are calculated based on weight dimensions, distance and the courier used.
  • Shipper is responsible for cost of return shipment.
  • USA & other international orders (outside of Canada and Jamaica) do not qualify for refund, return or exchange of products.
  • To request a refund, contact us by phone, email or our contact form. If approved under this policy, you will be provided with a return address label. You will need to print this label, affix it to the package the product came in or a new package. Depending on the shipping company used, we may be able to schedule a pick up from your home, otherwise you would be required to drop the package off at the nearest courier drop off location.
  • Once the package has arrived at our office and the contents are confirmed to be in the original manufacturer condition and present, a refund will be processed in no more that 5 days.
  • All refunds will be returned to your credit card. Expect funds to be returned within 15-20 days.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Products and services may not available to clients in some countries.
  • Estimated shipping times varies by location and can be longer than 15 days due to high demand. Estimates depend on the product being purchased, see product page for more detailed information.
  • Shipping time is approximate depending on the season and goods can take up to 20 business days to be delivered.
  • Packages may experience delayed delivery due to various circumstances beyond our control. Kawna Shop shall not be held liable for this.
  • Kawna Shop does not have the ability to monitor or control customs fees and taxes. Kawna Shop will not be held liable for these fees and taxes.
  • Customers inside and outside of Canada and Jamaica are advised that customs fees and taxes may apply to their product.
  • Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • It may take 1-6 days to process an order. It is after this processing time that the shipping/delivery speed comes into play.
  • Kawna Shop does not ship to the European Union.

FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD ACTIVITY

  • Company policy on credit cards that do not meet CVC, Street and/or Zip Check is strict.
  • If the above checks were not met during the transaction process, customer will be required to provide a valid ID at delivery.
  • This is done in order to protect the customer while at the same time countering fraudulent credit card activity.
  • If the customer fails to prove that they are the owner of the credit card by providing a valid ID with the name, address and zip code used on the credit card will receive a full refund and the item will not be delivered.
  • If the customer has a valid ID that matches the name, but not the address and zip code, a second ID is required and a photo of the ID will be taken for our records.
  • If the customer is able to prove that they are the owner of the credit card at delivery, the item will be delivered and their payment confirmed.
  • To avoid your credit card being flagged as potentially fraudulent, please ensure that the name, address and zip code is entered correctly.

PRODUCTS AND CHILD SAFETY

  • Kawna Shop does it's utmost best to ensure that the products we sell are safe for use. However, products used in conjunction with other items may present potentially dangerous situations.
  • Parents are responsible for ensuring that any third-party aftermarket products sold on this website is compatible and safe to use with products such as car seats, strollers, etc.

CURRENCY

  • All currency on this site is listed in Jamaican dollars.
